Firstly, we have upgraded all our logo images from PNG to SVG. This change ensures that the images of our brand are sharper, clearer, and more detailed. This upgrade allows you to see our branding in their full glory, making your browsing experience even more enjoyable.
Secondly, we have updated our product descriptions. We understand that when shopping online, the more information you have about a product, the better. That’s why we’ve made our descriptions more detailed and informative. Now, you can learn more about our products, their features, and how they can benefit you before making a purchase.
In addition, we have updated our inventory stock. This means that all the products listed on our website are available for purchase. We understand how frustrating it can be to find a product you love only to discover it’s out of stock. With our updated inventory, you can shop with confidence knowing that the products you see are ready for purchase.
Now, let’s talk about payments. We recently ran into some issues with our previous payment processor, Stripe. Despite our products being completely legal and compliant, Stripe has associated us with illicit activities due to our ashtray products. We want to clarify that ashtrays can be used for various purposes and are not solely associated with drug use.
Rather than dispute this with Stripe, we’ve decided to switch our payment processor to Venmo. This change allows us to manage orders more effectively and provides a simple and straightforward payment process for you. When placing an order, we kindly ask that you put a fire emoji in the notes. This will help us process your order more efficiently.
